People Column Support

The monday People column allows you to associate an item with specific account users and teams. You can use the people column to assign or route tasks to specific users or teams. Easyform's people column support allows you to further customize the people form field using the following advanced settings:

• Limiting selection to a single option

• Show account guests

• Select specific users to display

• Select users to display by team(s)

• Show teams

• Select specific teams to display

Limiting selection to a single option

With Easyform, you can limit the selection in the People field to a single person or team This setting allows you to enforce a single selection in the form, even if the corresponding People column of the monday board allows multiple selections.

Show guests

Enables the listing and selection of account guests, in addition to account users.

Select specific users to display

Use this setting to list only specific users in the People field.

Select users to display by team(s)

In monday, you can group account users into teams. Use this setting to list only members from specific teams in the People field.

Show teams

Enables the listing and selection of account teams in the People field. This can be used, for example, to route a task to a specific team. Thre task can then be assigned later on to a specific team member.

When the Show teams setting is enabled, use this setting to list only specific teams in the People field.
