With easyform, you can hide the field labels and only show the placeholders inside the fields. This allows you to create professional looking forms that don't use a lot of screen space when embedded. Here's an example:

To hide field labels, select Show labels / placeholders from the settings menu and switch on the Hide labels & show placeholders setting:
