Easyform for monday.com is an advanced form builder that works exactly like a monday form:

  1. Once you add the Easyform board view to your board, a form is generated automatically based on your monday board columns

  2. All responses are save directly to your monday board, no integrations or field mappings needed

Easyform has many advanced features which you can read about here, including the ability to create forms that match your brand and website style when embedded.

Install the Easyform app

Add the Easyform board view to your board

Add the Easyform board view to your board in order to generate a form based on your board's columns. Here's how:

Edit the form

Start by clicking the Edit form button to switch to edit mode.

You can remove fields, display multiple fields on the same line, hide labels, change the form style to match your brand and website, and much much more.

Modify form

Publish the form

⚠️ Important! The first time you publish a form, Easyform will ask for additional permissions that will allow it to save form submissions to your monday board.

Share or embed the form

Once published, you can share a link to the form or embed the form in any website, including popular website builders such as wordpress.com, wix, squarespace, weebly, as well as ecommerce platforms such as shopify.

Click the Share button and copy the form's Sharable link:

Update the form and publish changes

Every time you modify the form, make sure to publish your changes to update the published form:

Fill forms inside monday

Since easyform opens by default in fill mode, all account users can use easyform to create items using a user friendly form directly inside monday.com and the monday desktop app.
