Adding a checkbox field

To add a new checkbox field to your form you'll need to first add a Checkbox column to your board and then add the Checkbox column to your form.
Start by adding a Checkbox column to the board from the Main table view:
Then, go back to easyform and add the Checkbox column to the form from the Available columns setting:
