Main differences
Following are the main features that are supported by Easyform and are currently not supported by monday forms:
Pre-fill form fields with URL parameters
You can now pre-fill form fields with URL parameters when sharing or embedding the form. For information on how to use this feature, visit Pre-filling form fields with URL parameters.
Connect Boards column support
monday’s Connect Boards column allows you to link a column in one board to the items of other boards. This allows you to connect info between different boards, which is useful if your workflow involves multiple boards.
Easyform’s Connect Boards field allows you to surface items from other boards within your form. Here's an example of items in one board:
That can then be surfaced in a form created in another board:
Our Connect Boards column support includes the ability to limit the select options to items from specific boards, when your column is connected to multiple boards. To learn more, check out the How Connect Boards fields work section.
Item default values
Item default values is a pro feature that can be used to:
Set values for board columns that are not displayed on the form
Set the board group the response should be saved to

Advanced styling
With Easyform, you can create forms that match your brand and website style when embedded.
To create forms that look like an integral part of your website, you can change almost any color in the form, from the form's background and label colors, to the border color of the submit button. You can also control the roundness of the form's fields and buttons. Here's an example email subscription form that we use on our own website (click on the image to enlarge it):
Compact forms
With Easyform, you can display up to 4 fields on the same line as well as display the field labels inside the input boxes, instead of above them. Those features allow you to create professional looking forms that don't use a lot of screen space when embedded. Here's an example:
Mobile friendly forms
With Easyform, you can set different field widths and field sizes for mobile devices. This allows you to create responsive forms that look great and are easy to fill on mobile devices. Here's the mobile version of the same form from above:
Right to left forms
Easyform has perfect right to left support, so your forms look great in Hebrew, Arabic, and any other right to left language. Here's an example Hebrew form:
Advanced file upload support
Easyform supports the following advanced file upload features:
